About Us

Our Approach

We create an environment that invites individuals and teams to show up authentically while activating greater capability.

Our Results

We get after what matters and facilitate fast action to elevate performance and create sustainable business impact.

Our Experience

We have over fifty years of combined experience partnering with some of the world’s most recognizable brands.

Beth and Elizabeth (aka “Bean”) met during 2018 when each was hired as a consultant to help develop and implement the early stages of a culture change project with the US Navy.  Instantly they formed a bond, along with a combined Navy “call sign” – Bean –  a playful yet meaningful combination of their initials.  The bean partnership grew as both Beths learned how much they complemented the other’s strengths and capabilities. Both share the most important attribute – a passion and life purpose to help others believe in and act upon their unlimited potential.

Beth

Beth brings a very contemplative and curious approach to coaching and leading, formed by her 25 years of experience in top global firms in culture change, leadership development and talent management. She believes that we never reach our full potential; our own capacity to change and grow is continuous and limitless as shown by her track record of facilitating individual and organizational transformations.

Beth loves to travel the world, be in nature, immerse in different cultures and explore untouched locations in her camper van with her sheepadoodle, Harley.

Elizabeth “EAG”

EAG has worked extensively with teams and individuals on how to achieve greater performance, employing humor and compassion in her work. Her warm yet direct style puts others at ease, allowing them to explore more about their current beliefs and what’s holding them back from reaching greater potential.

Elizabeth started her career at Fidelity Investments. Over the last twenty three years, she has since worked with many Fortune 500 companies, delivering workshops and coaching across various industries.

She is a passionate tennis, pickle and platform tennis player. She loves gardening and cooking great food to share with friends and family. EAG splits her time between Denver and Los Angeles with her husband, two daughters and sweet golden retriever, Ruby.
